The other day i was talking to a friend of mine about my blog and was pestering him to start one of his own. After much deliberation he agreed to pen down few of his thoughts.
During the course of my conversation with him i realized the very need to write blogs.
I think as human we are constantly trying to investigate, innovate and improvise to be somebody.Somebody who people can follow, people can feel proud about knowing. This constant self improvement pushes us to establish an identity for oneself.
In fact they say every successful man/women leverages the best of his traits to move forward.Hence the ability to realise and acknowledge ones strength and ones weakness leads one to shape an identity.
Identity in a lot of ways is a conglomerate of thoughts and ideas. When these thoughts and ideas take a shape they represent a persons identity.
So for me a blog is an Identity which is derived by the ideas/thoughts and opinion that you pen down and over a period once our thoughts start taking shape we would realize or acknowledge what we are and would be in a position to leverage the most out of it.

Pause for Thought
A visionary is somebody who doesn't look at what is going to be tommorrow ,but looks at day after tommorrow. :)
Difference between funda and bullshit
funda is something you dont understand at first go
and bullshit is something you dont understand even after repeated hammering.
Thinking and speech are symmetrical one fills the other spills.
Difference between Opinion and Perspective.
Opinion:I dont understand what you are saying nor do i know what i am saying.
Perspective: I cant deny what you are saying ,but i wont acknowledge.
Plagiarism at it best
Sell Java as Moka.(Since ever thing in java is free Moka ~ Opportunity)

Conspiracy of the Elite
Some might say it is a case of sour grapes and to some i might have just touched the cord ,but for me it is the "Conspiracy of the Elite".
We in some ways or the other have been shrouded by the hype and hoopla about IIT's and IIM's.Be it be media which rings the bell every time the "memw" is around or raises hats every time some MR IIT JEE(read as ji) becomes a CXO.This has lead to a strong belief that it is the only road to eldorado.
Let me dissect and tell you on how there is a deep down conspiracy(though not conspired, read b/w the lines) by these so called intellectual Brahmin's to help there "ian's ".
I have tried to understand as to what makes these guys apple of the eyes for almost every other company and the companies subversive to the demand by these elite.
One of the most basic things about any faculty of activity is the ability to learn the fundamentals. The elite recognise the crux is to understand fundamentals and a little bit of exposure to the hot trends in the industry is enough to make these self proclaimed Aristotle to sell like pan cakes ,no pun intended.
Given the head start these guys get in the career they choose ,the others way behind.Hence with a little bit of Hard work they are able to sail smoothly when others find it difficult to smooth en the rough edges.
But that doesn't mean they have any intent for the betterment of the society, the only intent being is to earn fortune for them self.
Understandably there are a handful of IIT's who have won a Nobel prize and again a handful of IIM grads who have successfully owned a company.
I have nothing againts these folks ,they are good at what they do,but that doesnt mean the others arent good. But there are a majority of people who feel that there is a circle formed by these elite which seems harder to break.
A friend of mine remarked after reading the article that i am trying to be politically correct.I have no grudge again these people who proclaim to have gained gyan from these elite institute.Infact i have the utmost admiration for them. But i am dead again ts people who unduly create a Hype and who try to treat 'others'(even though the others are majority) with pittance.
Cast ism in India has been prevalent for a while and still exists. But increasingly because of certain sections of the society there is distinctively a prominent divide. This divide of haves(IITians and IIMianm) and haves not
(others )is detrimental.
They way to go forward is to look at the concerned section as a part of others and not others a part of them.
